Who can trade bonds and structured notes
via Česká spořitelna?
- natural persons with permanent residence in the Czech Republic,
natural persons of a different country for which no special rules apply
persons not deprived of legal capacity
underage persons represented by a legal representative
legal entities, natural persons – entrepreneurs
other entities (foundations, movements, political parties)

Terms of purchase of bonds and structured notes
- Bonds and structured notes can be purchased at a price according to the current product list, bonds and structured notes in the subscription can be subscribed for a price according to the conditions of the subscription.
- In order to purchase or subscribe to a bond or structured note it is necessary to have an asset account for investment instruments with Česká spořitelna. Setting up an asset account is free, it can be done at any branch of Česká spořitelna, the investor needs a valid identity card, the legal entity documents on legal subjectivity.
- To purchase a bond or structured note, you must have a current account at Česká spořitelna.
