What do you often ask?

 

  • I still see the old environment, what should I do?

Check the available update according to the type of operating system in Google Play or App Store.

  • Why have my favorite products disappeared from the Watchlist?

For Android: You were probably using a browser other than Google Chrome before installing the new version. However, because we set the app to use Chrome for better stability and compatibility, the Chrome data (empty watchlist) overwrote your other browser's company data in the watchlist. So you will need to set up your watchlist again.

  • The buy button directs me to log in to George, is it safe?

Yes, we developed this path directly for the Investment Center and logging in is completely safe.

  • There is no buy button for some products, why?

These products are not currently available for trading in George. Our banker at the branch or the client center will provide you with more information about them.

  • Some selected documents and reports open in PDF, is this okay?

Yes, selected documents are only available in PDF, these are mainly reports and analyses from our experts.
